Engagement Models

Nuevora delivers its research & analytic solutions using an offshore-centric global delivery model that allows for shorter time-to-market, streamlined cost efficiencies, and increased productivity. Nuevora’s engagement models are designed to provide for varied flexibility to suit individual customer processes and program management systems. Depending on our customer requirements, we offer four different delivery models:

 Nuevora Managed On-demand Model

Nuevora team members work as an extension of our customers’ teams and follow a collaborative approach of implementing the "follow-the-sun" delivery model and / or an onsite model. Nuevora's Program Management Office manages the solution delivery by working collaboratively with the customer teams. The Program Management Office reduces cultural as well as communication costs and also ensures streamlined transition of customer work processes offshore.

  Customer Managed On-demand Model

Nuevora team members work as an extension of our customers’ teams and follow a collaborative approach of implementing the "follow-the-sun" delivery model and / or an onsite model. However, in this model our customers set up their own Program Management Office that manages work done by different analytics teams and directly manages all work done offshore and / or onsite.

  Build & Operate Model

Nuevora sets up independent analytics excellence centers including the people, processes, technology, and systems. Nuevora team members work as an extension of our customers’ analytics teams and follow a collaborative approach of implementing the “follow-the-sun" delivery model. Nuevora's Program Management Office manages the solution delivery by working collaboratively with the customer teams. The Program Management Office reduces cultural as well as communication costs and also ensures streamlined transition of customer work processes offshore.

  Build, Operate & Transfer Model

This model is similar to the Build & Operate model, with our customers having the option to transfer the operating responsibilities of the research & analytics excellence centers after a mutually agreed upon time period.
