Featured Webinar: November 1, 2012
Big Data is both a major problem and an exciting opportunity for the modern enterprise. As companies start to launch Big Data initiatives and begin collecting massive amounts of information from a wide variety of sources, they often begin by scaling up their infrastructure and investing in new, flexible data storage and management solutions. Yet once they are able to collect and store this data, they often falter at the final step – finding the real value and insight in the mountain of information they have collected.
In this webinar, Aberdeen and Nuevora will share findings from recent research into the Big Data movement, including the strategies top performing organizations are using to get the largest impact from their Big Data initiatives. A concrete example will be presented by Nuevora’s customer who will discuss their experience with deriving predictive insights from Big Data. Specifically, they will talk about how they are intelligently consolidating structured and unstructured data from multiple sources – including primary research, proprietary, demographic, secondary research, macroeconomic, and behavioral.
Aberdeen will also present findings on the performance benefits being enjoyed by leaders in the Big Data movement, and the role that technology solutions play in achieving this success. Finally, one such solution will be discussed in more depth – Nuevora’s unique big data framework, Integrated Research & Analytics (NIRAF) – and how through a combination of technology, proprietary algorithms, focused apps, and human prowess, Nuevora is enabling a smarter way to extract value from big data.
